First Consultation

Your Initial Consult at BPS is an exciting time! You will finally be getting to the cause of your symptoms or addressing those technique issues that are negatively affecting your performance!

To make sure you get the most out of your initial consult, make sure to do the following things...

  1. Fill Out Your Initial Form Online BEFORE attending your appointment
  2. Spend some time thinking about your goals for working with BPS. Do you want to get rid of your symptoms, or is it more than that, is there a particular movement you want to get back to or sport you want to play? The more clear you are about what you are wanting to fix or what you want to achieve, the faster your BPS therapist can get you there!
  3. Make sure you bring any scans / tests / investigations you have had with you, even if you think they may not be related to your current issue … the body is connected and all these past investigations help your BPS therapist piece together your puzzle!
  4. Make sure you're wearing comfortable clothing, there will undoubtedly be a bit of moving in your assessment so ‘sport wear’ is the best option!
